Return Policy

We wish each and every customer to be happy and satisfied through their purchase from Healthzarp Online Shop. We assure that our organic teas will give our competence at the top state.

Customer Satisfaction is vital to us. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase of our products, let us know. We will willingly return or exchange our unused products within 30 days of receiving your ordered product.

Return Packaging

All we need is the original packaging that should be unbroken. Products that are Returned in cheeked off, it the packaged boxes are broken then that return will be denied. To evade this, consign your return safely. We make an apology for any trouble.

Returning Items Through Online

If you wish to return your order, Just sign in to your Healthzarp online My Account and return your product by searching through order history. Also, you can fill out the Product Return Form step by step according to the instructions. Refund And Replacement

Healthzarp organic is not responsible for the costs of receiving returns based on personal preference or non-standard related issues. For the Products that have returned to us within 30 days. Apart from the original shipping charges, Refunds will be given within 3 business days as a credit to your invoice account.  It takes more than 2 weeks for getting replacement products.

Declined and Undeliverable Packages

If deliverance is declined for some reason or known as undeliverable because of a void shipping address, an additional fine will be charged not only for additional shipping fees. So, Please Re-Read your order information before confirming it.

  1. Clearance items are NOT eligible for return.
  2. We do not refund shipping and freight charges on any orders or returns.
  3. If your order is wrong, damaged or incomplete, you may return it.
  4. It may take longer time than usual time to get reply mail, particularly on special occasions.
