      Right now we are marketing only for the USA country. Orders usually shipped within 4-5 business days. Our primary goal is to process the orders for the customers to the right place and time. We deliver each and every part of the USA.


      We offer a flat shipping rate - $6.95


      8. How can I get free samples?


      Just scroll down to the footer section of any website pages and click on the “Tea Free Trial”. There you can see the huge lists of products (24 products) as free samples. Choose any sample product and place the order. The product price will be $0 but the shipping charges with be charged on a normal basis i.e) $6.95.


      9. Do you have a print or virtual catalog?

      Right now, at this time we don’t offer any gift certificates or gift cards for sale through Healthzarp organic online tea shop.

      Method 1: Once, you have added your products to your cart, click on “Checkout” for placing your order. You can see the option as an existing customer, just pick that option and place your order.

Click on the Order History, you can see the overall orders lists. You can cancel your recent orders over there by clicking “Cancel” option. If your order is in the processing stage, then you can’t cancel your order.


      20) How can I edit cart quantity?


      You can edit your cart quantity through 2 methods. Just click on the cart icon over there on the top right corner, you can see view cart and checkout option.


      i) Click on the view cart option, there you can see the products lists that you have added on the shopping cart, you can edit the products and quantity over there.


      ii) Click on the checkout option, there you can see the products lists that you have added on the shopping cart, you can edit the products and quantity over there.


      21) I have forgotten my password. How can I replace it?


      It’s very easy to recover your account password. Provide your email Id on the login section and click on the “Forgotten Password” option. You will be asked to enter your email ID and the link to reset your password will be mailed to that email address and with that link you can replace your new password.


      22) How to return the items that I bought online?

      If you wish to return your order, Just sign in to your Healthzarp online My Account and return your product by searching through order history. Also, you can fill out the Product Return Form step by step according to the instructions.       Currently, at this time we are shipping only for the USA country. We don’t deliver the orders worldwide, we only ship to the USA country.
